Ø Responsibilities:
v Constant Monitoring
1:Daily monitoring of all VGIC vehicles sold with San Bao certificate
2:Consistent briefing of involved internal and external (dealer) parties
3:Optimization and management of project “Establishment of Monitoring and Fault
4:Elimination Process for “San Bao” criteria within VGIC”
5:Optimization of constant workflow
6:Optimization of internal process monitoring
v Fault Elimination
1:Development of procedures and action plans according to fault type and timeline
2:Create awareness at responsible dealers for “yellow” flagged vehicles
3:Request fault source from dealer
4:Request fault solution development approach and timeline from dealer
5:Assist dealers by giving advice for possible fault solution and timeline
6:Request immediate status of vehicle repair and fault elimination process for “red” flagged vehicles from dealer
7:Consult VGIC Product Support Team for fault solutions
8:Consult VGIC Parts Team and ensure on time delivery of needed parts
9:Solve existent fault for “red” flagged vehicle. If necessary, fault elimination has to be performed on site at dealer.
v Reporting of status and statistics
1:Define content and briefing agenda for status and statistic reports together with VGIC Group After Sales(How many cars in which status / How many cars with “red flag” / How many cars exchanged / customers reimbursed / How many faults were eliminated)
2:Develop template for status and statistics to ensure overall display of fault elimination process and fault sources
v Support San Bao Monitoring tool optimization
1:Definition and implementation of “KVP” continuous process of improvement
2:Definition and implementation of possibilities for service provider team training
Ø Requirements:
1:Familiar with San Bao policy and has repair experience
2:Extensive knowledge of Volkswagen Service Organization
3:Extensive knowledge of VW After sales processes and system (Elsa, ETKA, DMS,- i- Portal, ODIS)
4:Extensive and profound knowledge of existing VW parts logistic systems
5:Competence in process strategy and methods, project management experience, communication and implementation experience
6:Knowledge of Chinese customer in VGIC segments, customer service and communication experience
7:Academic degree in engineering (vehicle related)
8:ISO-9000 certification Chinese driver’s license for passenger vehicles
9:English fluently on business level, mandarin mandatory
