职位描述

要 求:
1.8+ years of work experience in retail and reach senior management level
2.Strong interpersonal skills to lead the local teams
3.Familiar with retail operation in fashion apparel industry
4.Good communication skills and proficient English speaking and written skills
5.Good relationship with key department stores and shopping malls preferred

职 责:
Sales Performance and Cost Management
1.Cooperate with National management team, determine business needs and develop business strategies;
2.Drive all retail KPIs and ensure meet targets;
3.Formulate commercial activities to achieve sales target, guide area and store management teams so that they could achieve sales targets;
4.Develop and propose new avenues for growth and improvement of profitability. Organize the take-over of new areas into the retail organisation.
5.Monitor and ensure all business practices are cost effective;
6.Ensure all personnel costs are controlled within budget/forecast;
7.Be aware of local competitors’ practices;
8.Formulate and implement measures to strength store productivity;
Retail operation management
9.Continuously analyse performance and manage the team to improve performance
10.Drive operation KPI and sell-through
11.Create customer service culture based on corporate standards, ensure the best services is delivered to customer
12.Cooperate with visual management team to drive business
Cross-function collaboration
13.Monthly communication with each team both at HQ level and local level to help them understand expansion progress, key challenges and share local insight (i.e. traffic shift and new store information etc.)
14.Attend MMR, participate in annual budget setting OTB to communicate with product, MM, P&A to give feedback and inputs on product strategy
15.Work with Expansion team to ensure footprint expansion matches with growth strategy
Channel development
16.Build and manage relationships with business partners, e.g. department stores
People development
17.Lead a team of area managers. Train, develop and assess their skills, supervise their work, manage problem solving. Identify new potential leaders and develop them into leadership ranks;
18.Develop training program for store operation staffs;
