工作职责：
Implement sales plan and deliver city sales target through retailer / distributor management.
Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc.
Lead team to hit weighted distribution target.
Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures.
Coaching and develop SRs / DSRs capability

Colleague graduate or above
Demonstrated track record of success
2-4 years people leadership experience
3-6 years front-line sales and distributor management experience
Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects
Professional customer selling / mgt. skills
Larger team responsibility preferred
Distributor management experience preferred
Negotiation/problem solving skills
Strong analytical/time management skills
Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
