MISSION
Responsible:
a)Organising,analysing,summarising
the usage conditions and performances of related produits and services
for the country or segment,in order to improve our range and manage
risk.
b)Organising the technical support for Marketing & Sales
teams,clients,prescriptors and development teams in order to make the
most of our range and manage risk. He is the technical correspondent for
handling country conflicts and market intervention.
c)Address the technical issues of our customers and to assure that the full potential of the product is realized.
d)Support
product policy by selecting the most appropriate product which would
satisfy the Customer’s need and to develop the technical features
required by the customer.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
a)Identify elementary risks, and make adapted recommendations.
b)Write
up reports and summaries in French or in English, on normal, abnormal,
and extreme usage, under operating and maintenance conditions to bring
out variations in usage.
c)Track Group and competitor product
performances and note the strengths and weaknesses, and recommend the
best usage practices, implementation and maintenance
d)Understand
appropriate fitment, understand tyre/aircraft interactions, diagnose
geometry adjustments and estimate the technical impact of the market
introduction of a new aircraft
e)Give value to the performance of our
products in an educational way with the sales force, perform
demonstrations to clientele and express needs for improvement. Explain
the basic physical mechanisms involved in performance.
f)Manage the
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process for country/zone/segment (per
STD 107). Detect normal, abnormal and extreme usages in operating and
maintenance conditions in order to supply information to the “Cdc” or
maintenance project.
g)Organise training for the sales force and technical conferences of products and services to country/zone/segment airlines.
h)Summarise
and communicate the status and short term market trends, competition,
user or distribution expectations ?Anticipate potential risks, explain
them to the sales force and marketing and implement the alert process
with processing adapted to the risk identified.
i)Defend his product and promote the company’s orientations in a client environment.
j)Using
recorded (or yet to be recorded) facts, prepare reports in compliance
with usage requirements as defined per the AMM, CMM, and NAA
requirements.
k)Follow the strategy of the Product Line
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum school level or equivalent experience
- Degreed Engineer with one year of on the job training; or
- 5 years experience
Awaited professional experience
a)Experience in directing the activities of other personnel.
b)Experience working with external customers.
c)Developed communication and computer skills.
d)Some level of tire experience is preferred.
e)High knowledge and use of the English language.
Specific Training
a)Background in Aviation tires; tire technologies, processes for production, performance responses.
b)Standards governing the product in the market.
c)Service environment influencing product performance.
