Job Duty
Responsible for all dealings with the source in all fields (Development, Cost, Quality, Delivery,) as a generalist and knows the history about those aspects
To provide the right assistance in the development of new products; Keeping track of the time line & critical path.
Providing samples, color matching, follow up lab tests, follow up specs and signed reference samples, trouble shooting, etc…
To ensure Samsonite gets the best FOB cost for the products
To ensure Samsonite gets the best quality according to the global specs
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
Follow up orders with vendors and internal parties to ensure on-time delivery
Job Requirements:
College or above degree;
More than 5-10 years' experience of apparel merchandising in trading company
Fluent oral English and good reading & written skills
Self-motivated, good team player and problem solver, can work under pressure
