职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
· In charge of overall branch operations
· To check supporting documents and control settlement processing
· Responsible for preparing/checking the periodic and ad-hoc reports to HO and local authorities.
· Responsible for support and timeliness in delivery of backroom services to business development department
·To lead, train team members for achieving the agreed KPI, which will include project goals, operation effectiveness and cost efficiency, etc.
· To maintain good public relations with existing client, professional parties and relevant authorities.
· To ensure compliance with proper internal control procedures and requirement of PBOC/SAFE and other external authorities pertaining to branch back office daily operations
· To assist GM in achieving satisfactory result in internal & external audit review.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree above from a well known university
· Minimum 10 years work experiences in managing branch operations (including FCY & CNY operations/credit loan/treasury settlements/trade & remittance,finance etc.)
· Good understanding of operational risks.
· Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international banking practices.
· Logical mind with strong analytical abilities
· Good spoken and written English
