职位描述
Responsibilty:
l. Be responsible for overall control of finance in south region and fully accountable for financial planning and meeting the financial objectives.
2. A key member of the local management team and to play a critical role in strategic planning, business or profitability opportunity identification so as to drive significant business growth and meet customer needs
3. Exercise stringent budgetary control on operating expenses to achieve company objectives
4. Coordinate and align with key regional leadership team on results and action plan to achieve company objectives and business plan
5. Supervise regional finance team to support business or finance initiative at national level and guide the market finance team to support the business or finance initiative at market level.
6. Ensure quality and accurate representation of financial results and disclosures
7. Ensure timely submission of business plan, projection, annual forecast, monthly report and other financial reports as stipulated by the regional and corporate office
8 Implement company financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls are properly maintained and implemented
9. Ensure SOX compliance as instructed by the corporate
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate Finance team's performance Maintain and enhance team morale and spirit; develop and maximize individual team member's competency and capacity; develop talent pool
10. Provide technical advice and support to regional finance team members
11. Communicate and coordinate with Internal/External Auditors, Tax consultant and Tax Authority
Ensure the franchise handover process is smooth and review the conventional franchise financial status for healthiness
Job Qualifications
·University degree or above, CPA is a must
·Minimum 10 Years experience in a financial role covering full range of accounting and finance.
·Strong English communication capability, both oral and written
·Proven ability and experience leading a team of at least 8 people
·Strong strategically thinking and planning skill
·Strong analytical and Problem Solving skills
·Ability to liaise with all levels of management and to present in management forums – both vertically and horizontally
·Ability to work under pressure
·Very good team building and cross-functional collaboration skills, be able to manage conflicts
·Demonstrated ability to manage a high performance team in remote locations
·Strong leadership skill and proven ability to people development
·Significant experience in implementing new financial practices aimed at maximizing profit opportunities
