Roles & Responsibility:

1. By the expertise on the domain and generous attitude, support the team skill development and challenge the competency of our supplier panel;
2. Responsible for training, assessment, CAP validation and technical support for some startegical projects;
3. Position at the zone level;

Skill & Competency Requirement:

1. Minimum 10y experience in industry;
2. Mechanical industry with metal process (favorite = transportation like car, motorbike, bike; alternative = household appliances);
3. Experience on assembly line organisation and LEAN management;
4. Used to work in a "QUALITY" environment (industry with QUALITY certification);
5. Ability to formalize (MM, report, presentation, SOP);
6. Necessarily speak English;
7. Skills = line organization ; line balance optimization ; fundamental mechanical assembly skills (torque, screws,...)
8. Network: Internally with PL/PTM/central ME/PE; Externally with professional union/technical fair

1. Within the International Industrial Division of the company, handle the definition of methods of conception and assembly in order to guarantee the technical performance, the cost and the lead-time of finished products implementation.
2. Train on knowledge and know how all the actors of the chain of development-production.
3. Functional responsible for the application of the methods by the actors.
4. Participate in an active technology survey on the process.
5. Within the International Industrial Division of the company, handle the definition of ways of production in order to guarantee a successful organization on the axes of quality, cost, & lead-time of the industrial process.
6. Engineery training and have from 5 to 10 years experiences in the professions of the methods or the industrialization.
7. Methodical and rigorous, sense of the organization allows to structure successful and reliable rules.
8. Like service and communication.
9. Practise regular sports activity. .
