岗位职责
(1)负责项目内部与工程本身相关的文件和外来文件的收发、登记和传送相关人员审阅;
(2)负责项目工程技术、管理资料及部分体系运行资料的收集、整理、编目保存,对其它方面的资料保管等均应符合公司及有关档案管理规定;
(3)负责对项目部所使用的规范、规程、标准、图集的有关版本进行有效控制;
(4)负责工程资料的编制及汇总,每周报技术负责人审核。

任职条件
(1),相关专业中专以上学历,20至35岁之间;
(2)流利的国、粤话会话及具备一定的英语基础;
(3)文笔良好,熟悉公文写作及熟练操作word、execl、powerpoint、CAD等办公软件;
(4)具备一定的图纸管理知识
