职位描述
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Understand customers' shipping requirements; ensure all cargoes, documentation and information are on time and delivered in full to destination(s).
2. Build up strong relationship with vendors, customers etc., and act as point of contact for shipping issues.
3. Be the interface between the region(s), Logistics and vendors.
4. Ensure SOP is executed correctly by vendors.
5. Monitor KPIs and conduct monthly performance review with stakeholders to ensure service qualities are met and initiate improvement if necessary.
6. Provide analysis and feedback to Logistics to support Quarterly Business Review with vendors.
7. Ensure shipping information is accurate and available on time in E1.
8. Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Drive results through analysis and stakeholder buy in.
Requisite Education/Experience:
1. University degree holder, preferably in business or logistics operations.
2. 1-5 years experience in shipping and logistics operations preferably in MNC or 3PL.
3. Excellent knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
4. Experience with an international FMCG company is preferable.
5. Effective communication, problem-solving skills.
6. Initiative, accountability, independent, proactive, and self driven.
7. Strong analytical and computer skills in MS office applications.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
