职位描述
Main Goals:
? Drive best practice to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations particularly with respect to labor and tax etc. and ensure the risk is properly controlled;
? Create and execute HR strategies, plans, policies, standards and processes to drive for effective employee benefit, training and development, ongoing communications, etc. in order to facilitate organizational capability development and maximize the return of the company;
? Provide timely and accurate HR reports and analysis with high quality;
? Be a strategic business partner for VP of APAC and other senior managers in the company to drive the growth of the company;
? Train and develop a stable, solid and capable SZ Human Resource team
Main responsibilities:
? Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of SZ factory;
? Provide hands-on involvement in areas of responsibilities including policies formulation and execution, employee relations, manpower planning, staff and worker recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and organizational development;
? Lead and execute the labor distant recruiting program and manpower resources strategies planning;
? Be a self-motivator, executor, team leader and player with other departments to translate the HR & Administration strategies into operational realities;
? Compile and develop various analysis reports and budget forecast with proposals for management review;
? Train and develop a stable, solid and capable SZ Human Resource team
? Manage ad hoc projects assigned by VP of APAC.
Requirement:
? Degree holder in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines;
? At least 8 years solid HR and Administration experiences especially in Compensation & Benefit, with minimum 3 years’ experience at HR Supervisor or above level working in multinational manufacturing companies with factory in China;
? Solid experiences and in-depth knowledge of China Employment Law / Ordinance including social security, income tax system, work permit process and relevant employment / labor requirements;
? A personal producer with outstanding MS Office application skills;
? Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organization, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach;
? An effective team leader and team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills to work with other departments to translate the HR & Administration strategies into operational realities;
? Ability to work in a fast paced, lean environment with strong sense of integrity, result-oriented, capable of working under high pressure and high self-initiatives;
? Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin;
