Position: Tooling Buyer
Description :
1. Ensure good cooperation with program team
2. Negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers of molding (injection, foaming etc.).
3. Ensure the utilisation of the panel by China programs and China plant buyers, and all users
4. This senior buyer will do coordination; insure appropriate answers from suppliers to all request and needs for Chongqing plant
Qualifications :
- Ideally university with major degree in Engineering
- Purchasing or Industrial experience in tools especially injection tooling
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills generally
- Ability to work in a matrixed organisation in an International Group
- Proven ability to evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers (especially on technical criteria)
- Capable of setting, administering contracts and of ensuring their implementation
