职位描述

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Main Purpose of the Job
1. Assist the Plant Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives and strategy
2. Implement an efficient HR strategy at site level, and ensure the application of HR policies and tools from Group, Division
3. Ensure efficient process management for C&B, Recruitment, Training, Management Development, HRIS, EE system, etc.
4. Provide support to management team on human resources issues
Main Responsibilities and Tasks

EE
1. Ensure the efficient implementation of EE system in the plant, and ensure efficient application of EE tools
2. Define EE improvement plan and follow the plan implementation to support PIP
3. Lead the monthly OHP Convergence plan review and ensure the actions efficient implementation

Recruitment
1. Ensure the recruitment demand efficiency, in line with the headcount plan and process standards
2. Through efficient channel and effective talent assessment, recruit the right person to the target position
3. Based on group and division policies, define the Offer for the candidate

C&B
1. Ensure the efficiency and correct result for monthly payroll calculation and payment
2. Ensure the C&B process efficiency, including the salary definition and change, attendance management, bonus management process, etc.
3. Ensure the implementation of government and company C&B policies, manage the social insurance and business insurance for employees

Training
1. Define the annual training orientation guidelines and support the department manager to build systematic training plan
2. Monthly review the trainings, provide efficient resources and support, ensure the training plan implementation

Management and Development
1. Manage the MD tools of APDR,OAR,OIR,Career Interview, People Review, etc., and ensure the efficient deployment of the tools
2. Establish the succession plan and career development plan for employees, and ensure efficient implementation

HRIS
1. Ensure the reliability of the Staff Table, PIMS, employee archives, and ensure the efficient and timely updates
2. Ensure the reliability and efficiency of HR reports and ensure the reliability of the Matis report
3. Make the semester and annual HR budget, and manage the HR budget

Develop HR Team
1. Support HR team development by coaching, trainings and best practice sharing
2. Develop Plant HR team on all HR tools and provide professional coaching and support

Employee Communication
1. Define Employee Communication Policy and Communication Plan
2. Apply Faurecia Communication Tools and other efficient tools

Transfer Support
1. Support Yancheng plant organization and people development to ensure business transfer smoothly

Other and Specific Missions
1. Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2. Ensure transparent and timely communication with N+1 manager
3. Others temporary jobs given by N+1 Manager

Skills & Knowhow

- At least 5 years experience in HR mgmt in Manufacturing Industry
- HR Mgmt. and Development - Principle, Process and tools.
- All HR operation functions - Process, tools and principle
- China or local labor law and relevant regulation
- Process of Social Insurance, Housing Fund and Individual Incoming Tax
- Computer skill of office software such as Excel, Word
