Responsibilities:

To assist Senior Fraud Risk Manager to implement and execute the fraud risk management strategies to minimize risks of exposure & loss and attainment of strategic & operating objectives.

To enable business by assessing fraud risks and advising adequate fraud prevention measures and controls.

To analyze fraudulent activities and prepare materials to improve fraud awareness of all bank staff.

To ensure teams works in compliance with related laws and regulations.

To assist all branches and Rural banks to handle related regulatory requests and projects.

To produce FRM team’s MI reports, both internal and external, timely and accurately

To maintain constructive relationship with internal strategic partners.

Requirements:

Good appreciation of fraud risk management concept and framework.
A high level of professional competence knowledge and experience in personal and corporate banking products and services, the operations and/or branch procedures
Knowledge of the criminal law, law of evidence and banking law and regulations is a plus
Good understanding of local markets and knowledge of regulatory matters handling.
Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
Strong planning, analytics, prioritization and organizational skills
Good stakeholders, internal and external, management skills
Self-motivated, could work under pressure
Knowledge of criminal law, law of evidence and banking law and regulations
