Accountability
The CDR is accountable to:

• Measurably improve production efficiency at suppliers
• Measurably improve capacity and production planning at suppliers
• Increase suppliers’ capability level and/or develop new capabilities based on business need
  

Main Responsibilities

• Able to analyze data, reports and process in order to improve the productivity and profitability of the operation through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize costs, efficiency and quality.
• Recommends the best methods of layout, manpower, material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
• Work directly or indirectly with manufacturers in order to improve production efficiency and productivity.
• Help manufacturer to reduce cost for production.
• Providing IE guideline for the new vendor and existing vendor, able to solve technical issues,
• To develop system for smooth production and fulfillment of target.
• Application of industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
• To determine standard minute value to set up production target and planning.
• To undertake problem study to minimize loss in productivity.
• To maintain an efficient management information system
• To prepare weekly progress monitoring reports and presents the meeting.

Education and Experience requirements

• Graduation from any reputed University. Industrial & Textile Engineering background is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience at a garment manufacturer or experience at efficiency consultancy firm or senior QC experience.

Knowledge and Skills requirements

• Garment manufacturer production planning or technical support background
• Strong follow up skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
• English command preferred
