BOUNDLESS RESPONSIBILITY
TEAM LEADER
1. Be a good role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
2. Motivate & educate the team in accordance with company goals.
3. Make the strategic plan together with CAM, POM & GPM
4. Supervise that all quotations are being sent to the best suitable suppliers (acc. to planning.) and that our price method is applied.
5. Guide the team and secure the system implementation. Supervise seniors and merchandisers, to make sure that all are using the same methods and tools.
6. Supervise communication between the teams, suppliers and H&M buying organizations.
7. Check & follow up the workload of the departments. Make sure that the team is capable to reach the company goals now and in the future.
8. Have the general overview of the teams work performance and their need of education and support.
9. Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feed back and dialogue talks.
10. Work actively with talent identification, development and retention.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION
1. Have a tight cooperation with managers and seniors to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the whole organization with the aim to secure that goals are well synchronized.
2. Encourage merchandising teams to work closely with other team members to secure best products for bulk production.
3. Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.
COOPERATION WITH BUYING ORGANIZATION
1. Create a good teamwork with SEBO. Work closely with section managers.
2. Encourage rest of the team to work very closely with SEBO and to build trust.
COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS
1. Evaluate the suppliers acc. to SPE and follow up in meetings. View of supplier relationship management
2. Make the production plan and inform suppliers.
Requirements
Education
?Preferably a degree in textile/fashion design/art/Finance
?Good command of English
?Able to use all Microsoft applications
Work experience
?Preferably experience working in a production team with strong fashion sense
?Textile/garment production experience
?Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office
Additional qualities needed to general PO profile
