The HR Business Partner is accountable to

Act as effective business partner to GPO management team
Support GPO managers and HR Managers to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business strategy, objectives and goals
Support and proactively drive the key HR processes in GPO: recruitment, learning & development, talent management, compensation and benefit, internal & external relations, salary review, HC planning, budgeting etc.
Identify and attract suitable candidates for different positions using effective recruitment, interviewing techniques and assessment processes.
Closely followup Performance Development System (PDP) cycle, performance evaluations and career development plans
Engage in succession planning, manpower planning and organization design to optimize manpower
Secure effective onboarding for the new colleagues within the organization
Manage the data required in the various systems and tools and prepare reports related to HC, Turnover, HR Operation efficiency etc
Assist ad-hoc HR projects and tasks
Provide coaching to managers and colleagues at all levels

Education and Experience
Professional education in Business, HR Management, or related discipline
Preferably 5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
Knowledge of different HR functions and how to support line managers
Strong business acumen and results orientation
Excellent written and spoken English
Proactive working and helicopter ability
Flexibility and creativity
Team oriented with good communication skills
Straightforward and open minded
