Accountability

The Compensation and Benefits Responsible is accountable to:

· Administer the human resources management for PO Office including compensation and benefit and HR administration

· Ensure all compensation and benefit areas are properly executed

Main Responsibilities

Secure Compensation and Benefits procedure and process

· Supervise payroll service provider to process the monthly payroll for PO staff and prepare all required reports

· Support International Assignment Responsible to process the monthly payroll for Expats and prepare all required reports

· File tax returns to Inland Revenue Department

· Administer benefit schemes, including provident fund, medical insurance etc.

· Calculate termination or final payment and arrange check-out procedures

· Prepare employment contracts and make necessary arrangements for the new starters

· Assist HR Manager in regular remuneration benchmarking exercises, annual salary review, budgeting and performance development plan (PDP) process

Provide HR Administration Support

· Compile various HR reports such as staff list, turnover rate report and staff movement report etc.

· Update and maintain the personnel records for staff

· Handle general insurance matters

· Assist in handling staff enquiries in relation to the rewards and benefits policies

· To perform other HR duties and/or ad hoc project as required from time to time

Education and Experience requirements

· University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline

· At least 5 years’ solid experience in compensation & benefit management with multi-national company

Knowledge and Skills requirements

· Well verse in Employment Ordinance

· Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office

· Proficient in spoken and written English

· Good communication skills and people oriented

· Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule both independently and in a team with initiatives

· Experience in dealing with payroll service provider
