Accountability
The Security Manager is accountable to:
? Ensure that all countries/offices in his/her region are compliant in accordance with established Company Security & Safety Policies and Standards.

? Ensure that the all countries/offices in his/her region, comply with the local security and safety legislations.
Main Responsibilities
Managing security and safety policies and procedures across Production
? Communicate and implement the Global Security policies, procedures, guidelines and specifications within the Production Offices in the respective region.
? Implement, communicate and follow up Global Security Goals in the Production Offices within the region.
? Develop and conduct trainings in accordance with Global Security standards and demands within the region.

Ensuring and monitoring the right level of security and safety across Production
? Evaluate the level of security and safety in the Production team
? Take actions to correct or improve the security and safety level of the Production team
? Monitor the level of security by conducting monthly security audits within Production team
? Monitor changes in local legislation and standards in regards to security and safety
? Plan and Purchase together with Admin Dep. the necessary security equipment and services

Co-ordinate Crisis Management
? Together with the Operations Manager ensure that there is an established and functioning Crisis Response Team across Production
? Create/Update the Business Recovery Plan together with the Operations Manager
? Ensure that all specific Production team’s functions have specific Business Recovery Plans for their departments
? Ensure that the Crisis Response Team is trained and updated constantly.







Education and Experience requirements
? Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
? At least three years of experience as Manager in Security or Legal Compliance fields

Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Knowledge of security, safety and information security standards and practices
? Knowledge of local security and safety related legislation
? Good communication skills
? Good leadership skills
? Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
? PC knowledge in MS Office applications
