Responsibilities:

Expert for all AP related issues

· Check & verify the processing and monitoring of payments and expenditures

· Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices

· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

· Assist in month end closing and commit to mth end deadlines

· Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

· Assist with Finance manager for ad hoc activities

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting

· Min. 3 years of experience in a similar job

· Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and IFRS

· knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

· Fluent oral and written in both English and Mandar, inFMCG industry knowledge is an advantage

· Must be detail oriented

· Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

· Mature, responsible, driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Postive and proactive attitude

· Problem-solving skills

· Well organiser

· Teamplayer

· Experience with SAP is an advantage
