JOB PURPOSE

To assist the merchandising team in all commercial activities including sourcing, sample handling report preparation, order follow-up, shipment follow-up, and liaison with buyers as required. Solve all the issues in sampling and bulk process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order follow (contact with buyer & factories sourcing)
• Arrange sample dispatch to customers/suppliers
• Follow-up sample delivery, shipment schedule for assigned product range
• To escort business units on sourcing trips when required
• Prepare required reports

JOB REQUIREMENT

• College Degree or above in Garment & Textile/Trading
• At least 2-4 years working experience in textile business. Preferably with hosiery experience in buying office.
• Good in spoken and written English, Good time management
• Computer literacy in MS Office
