Job Summary
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operations of IT systems, and also IT related routine tasks.

Major/Key responsibilities
?Perform routine monitor of IT applications and services including system availability, performance and batch job execution status.
?Provide IT system user access management as the centralized Key User and support IT audit requirements to supply data evidences.
?Perform routine IT system related tasks including regular report generation, data export and import, etc.
?Support IT project manager and business analyst on project execution and solution implementation.
?Maintain user relationship and understand business processes.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
?University degree in IT or engineering-related fields.
?2+ years working experience in IT.
?Familiar with IT system operations and user access management.
?Familiar with MS Office and database.
?Average language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
