Job Summary
Identify business needs and help determine IT solutions to address ongoing business requirements including system development, process improvement, process design and organizational change.

Major/Key responsibilities
?Translate business requirements into practical IT solution which is in line with business strategy and improves business efficiency, productivity and satisfaction.
?Ensure projects are well planned and executed under project governance standards and meet business expectations in terms of time and budgetary commitments.
?Build and maintain strong user relationship and partnership as single-point-of-contact for all business requirements.
?Work with IT operations and sustain teams to ensure sustainability after project go-live.
?Provide regular updates to IT management on project status, highlight project issues and recommend resolutions.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
?University degree in IT or engineering-related fields.
?4+ years working experience in IT and 2+ years as Business Analyst.
?Experienced in software development life cycle especially requirements analysis and testing.
?Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
