Job Summary
Provide stable, reliable and efficient systems and processes to enable our business processes run smoothly.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Ensure the operations of application systems by achieving the Service Level Agreement KPIs
? Run and improve a standardized Incident management process, Change management process , IT-Service Continuity process, and Problem management process
? Manage the application release schedule and cadence
? Run and improve a standardized application availability, capacity, performance and contingency management process by achieving the business requirements and growing
? Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT application support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement
? Support project team to delivery applications and transfer to sustain successfully
? Review and maintain the application sustain documentations
? Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize continuous improvement

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in system implementation and support.
? Experience on Application system support, system implementation and Change request realization, database management and IT infrastructure.
? Familiar with ITIL management model is preferred
? Working under high pressure, willing to work outside office hours and on call duty
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
