Job Summary
Responsible for EUS technical enviorment build and support including AD, Windows 7, SCCM, Virus and Messaging etc.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Take ownership of planning, design, implementation, and support of EUS envriorment.
? Take ownership of Lab environment – testing, PC builds, processes
? Take ownership of 3rd Line IT end user support issues
? Provide technical support for projects as directed
? Assist with EUS policy, procedure and standards documents based on industry best practices and personal research and experience.
? Assist in SCCM management and application packaging

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in end user support area.
? Experience on working with Microsoft technologies, in a hands on capacity.
? MCSE/MCSA/MCP qualification preferred
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
