Job Summary
Responsible for the management of CMDB, change and problem.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Manage CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to make sure all information (e.g. maintenance window, device type, Prod/Pre-Prod, approve group) is up to date
? Review all changes to make sure no conflict with business operation and other changes
? Follow the change management process to make sure all changes get proper approval
? Run regular CAB (change advice board) to get all the changes approved by domain owners
? Follow the incident management process to make sure RCA exists for all critical incidents and PAIs are implemented successfully.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in IT service management.
? Strong knowledge of the ITSS implemented processes (Change management, problem management, knowledge management, incident management)
? Strong IT backgroud on both infrastructure and application
? Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
