Our Travel Gear Sourcing Division is now looking for high calibre to join us:

As the primary Asia contact for the support of Victorinox Travel Gear Supply Chain operations, you will have primary responsibility for coordination, follow-up, and reporting on supply chain activity. Areas of focus will be: 1.) Ensuring smooth day-to-day order processing operations within the supply chain and FTZ warehouse; and 2.) Establishing effective analysis and reports of supply chain activity to maximize support for and effectiveness of overall supply chain operations at Victorinox Travel Gear.

The position will report into the General Manager - Asia Operations with a dotted line into the Supply Chain Team in Ibach, Switzerland. The position will be located at the Asia Travel Gear office in Houjiezhen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Responsibilities include:

• Work directly with Asia Supply Chain and FTZ Warehouse to coordinate and follow-up day-to-day order processing activities.

• Work with and provide direct support to the Victorinox Travel Gear Supply Chain Team in Ibach, Switzerland.

• Communication and reports.

• Data entry and reconciliation.

• Continuous analysis and reporting on order flow and processing.

• Data analysis of supply chain management activities.

• Prepare and issue specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Ensure that all reports are correct, presentable, and issued as required.

• Coordination/communication with Quality Management Team to assist them with proper data for resource planning and deployment.

• Ensure that Victorinox Global Supply Chain controls are in place and upheld.

• Work with GM, Sourcing, and supply chain partners to ensure proper capacity planning.

• Assist GM in maintenance and support of Vendor Partnership Program and/or key service agreements specific to the Travel Gear supply chain.

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

• Additional projects and responsibilities as required.

• Position will be located at our DongGuan office.

Experience/Requirements:

• BA/BS in Business or related field.

• 5+ years' experience in the supply chain management field.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills to be conducive with communicating in a global corporate environment.

• Proficiency with ERP systems on Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Projects, Customer Relationship Management.

• Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Adobe Illustrator.

• Excellent reporting, project management, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work with relative autonomy.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to effectively execute projects.

• Able to drive change and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and logistics direct industry experience is a plus.

• Team player.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
