Position Title: Sourcing and Quality Control Manager

Position Summary: The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of exercising sound business judgment and sense in leveraging and implementing sourcing, engineering & quality control activities. The detailed responsibilities include as follows:

-Lead the team to identify higher-level suppliers;

-Negotiate or supervise negotiation to attain best price, quality, and delivery;

-Coordinate sourcing, and supply assurance activities;

-Establish information- and workflow- interface between product/design teams and sourcing;

-Quality analysis and control.

Experience/Education Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or related area;

-At least 8 years' work experience in lighting field with more than 5 years' sourcing or quality work experience;

-Ability to access top levels in local vendor organizations;

-Solid quality control management skills;

-Excellent interpersonal skills,

-Self-driven, result-oriented and teamwork leader,

-Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
