职位描述
1. Oversee the full spectrum of human resources and services including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
2. Work closely with different departments on manpower requirements and develop plans to meet such needs;
3. Handle employee communications and disciplinary procedures ;
4. Organize employee activities & events;
5. Ensure all HR practices and policies are in accordance to labor laws, regulations & requirements ;
6. Advice Head Office of any change in HR practices and proposes amendments accordingly;
7. Execute local payroll and bonus calculation and administrate all relevant procedure;
8. To Ensure all HR services are delivered in accordance to policies of the company;
9. Assist local management in building a motivated staff morale;
10.Assisting in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
11. Monitor and improve administrative functions.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in HR related discipline;
2. At least 5 years working experience in HR function, 2+ years in management level;
3. Experience in MNC and / or financial field will be an added advantage;
4. Solid experience in full function HR service;
5. Good command in English is an advantage.
