Responsibility
ü Manage appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
ü Develop and edit correspondence, memo, reports and presentation materials
ü Perform general administrative duties including call screening and mail processing, travel arrangements, expense reports and document management
ü Coordinate special function events

Requirements
ü Bachelor Degree or above
ü 2 years relevant experience in international company
ü Fluent in both English & Chinese for verbal and written communication.
ü Detail Oriented and ability of multi-task
ü Good communication skill
ü Familiar with basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ü Be proactive
