职责：
？ 参与日常格式合同的审核，维护电子合同审核系统；
？ 负责公司章程变更、起草股东会决议、董事会决议；
？ 支持公司重大项目工作，包括但不限于法律研究，翻译，合同起草和审核等工作；
？ 公司证照的管理及变更；
要求:
？ 2-3年法律相关经验；
？ 积极主动，学习能力强，沟通能力良好；
？ 英语书写流利。
