Roles & Responsibility:
1. By your expertise on your domain and your generous attitude, you support the team skill development and challenge the competency of our supplier panel;
2. You are responsible for training, assessment, CAP validation and technical support for some startegical projects;
Skill & Competency Requirement:
1. Minimum 10y experience in industry;
2. Mechanical industry with metal process (favorite = aeronautics ; alternative sporting goods);
3. Experience on Composites process (rolling, prepreg,...);
4. Used to work in a "QUALITY" environment (industry with QUALITY certification);
5. Ability to formalize (Monthly Meeting, report, presentation, SOP);
6. Necessarily you speak English;
7. Network: Internally with PL/PTM/central ME/PE; Externally with professional union/technical fair

1. Within the International Industrial Division of the company, you handle the definition of methods of conception and assembly in order to guarantee the technical performance, the cost and the lead-time of finished products implementation.
2. You train on your knowledge and know how all the actors of the chain of development-production.
3. You are functional responsible for the application of the methods by the actors.
4. You participate in an active technology survey on your process.
5. Within the International Industrial Division of Oxylane, you handle the definition of ways of production in order to guarantee a successful organization on the axes of quality, cost, & lead-time of the industrial process.
6. You are of engineery training, you have from 5 to 10 years experiences in the professions of the methods or the industrialization.
7. Methodical and rigorous, your sense of the organization allows you to structure successful and reliable rules.
8. You like service and communication.
9. You practise regular sports activity.
