6. Task and responsibility
-Achieve sales target in the dedicated region
-Recruit distributors in target cities according to IAM customer development plan and TRW criteria for target customers.
-Help TRW distributors to sell through TRW parts, recommend new product line to TRW distributors.
-Guide and train Distributors to approach workshops and achieve workshop target.
-Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast.
-Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with all levels of customer including Distributors and workshops
-Cooperate with Product Marketing by providing competitors’ price, samples and activities if necessary.
-Hand in weekly report to RSM.
7. Key Competence
-College degree, sales and marketing preferred
-At least 8 years in sales position, Automobile related industry is preferred
-Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management
-Results oriented, can work under pressure
-Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player
-English reading and business travel is a must
