In this role, you will:
1. To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating branch operation and counter service teams (including in-city and cross-city sub branches which is under own management) to provide efficient customer services (and coordinating sub-branches) by well balancing between service and risk control.
2. Lead and manage branch operation and counter service team to deliver efficient and cost effective operations and support, provide high level service standards to internal and external customers and control operational and compliance risks. Deliver sustainable cost savings and drive add value initiatives to support business functions in achieving their business goals, which is align with GSD’s target as business aligned customer service organization.
To be successful in the role, you meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state);
2. At least 5 years’ experiences in operation management;
3. Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guidelines;
4. Excellent management and leadship skills, strong in communication;
5. High sense of risk control and customer service
