职位描述
Title: Senior Sales Manager,
Location: Shandong, Beijing or Tianjin(home base)
Leadership:6 subordinates
Travel required: Yes
Objectives of the position:
According to the agreed strategies, policies and procedures, implement and monitor the processes in business development of KAM and other Tier 2 customers in North China, optimization of product portfolios, sales and distribution channels, technical services etc in order to support realizing the mid- and long- term business strategic objectives and achievement of market shares, sales turnover, contribution (global production) and profitability.
Main Tasks:
KAM & Sales Management:
1) Assist/advise in business planning, execution and documentation for the defined product line (s)
2) Share experiences within the region and provide global insight in new applications/products
3) Build network (internal & external) for application & product line know how (according to defined responsibility):
4) Support the management of the product portfolio, brand positioning & services to achieve profitability targets
5) Gather competitor intelligence & feedback conclusions country/regional team
6) Assist in the definition of product development needs based on market needs & requirements
7) Introduce new products/applications to the market. Train local technical people.
8) Provide input for budgets & needed capital investments
9) Train local sales and provide tech input at customers that satisfies their needs
10) Provide technical advice & solutions on product application/technology to customers
11) Support business development by generating interest
12) Establish relationship to mid/high level management (production & technical) at defined target customers?
People Management:
1) Coach and provide Sales Executive/Representative necessary selling skills, knowledge & technics in order to help sales manager enhance the performance of the sales team
EHS Management:
1) Take the leadership to uphold the commitment to Responsible Care’s code for products and staff in the responsible and relevant teams to ensure that our products are safe to use, distribute and dispose of.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry or close related disciplines
2. Working Experience: At least 7 years Paper industry experience?????
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Has been in Leadership position for 5 years, having good sense of commercial understanding and analytical thinking and fluent English.
