Job Description:
1. Product including distribution services (DS) and customs brokerage (CHB).
2. Daily Operation & Customer Service
1) To implement the SOP for all customers. Performs daily operation for receiving, shipping, inventory management and other value added services.
2) Provides daily operational reports base on the requirements of different customers.
3) To understand the customs process and requirement for each bonded warehouse. To assist the customers to finish customs process if required.
3. Distribution Service Provider Daily Operation
1) To follow up with service providers to monitor the daily process, data, documents and make payment requisition.
2) To prepare KPI report and conduct service provider performance evaluation meetings timely.
4. Management Support to Manager:
1) To prepare management reports (such as customer productivity report, revenue report), statistics figure to the manager.
2) Assist manager to develop the relationship with customers and service providers.

The Qualification:
· University graduate or College graduated with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
· To be able to read and write English, CET 6 or above is needed.
· Team spirit and good communication skill.
· Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred.
