Job Description:
· To handle incoming telephone calls
· To keep a log book for all visitors
· To handle and distribute incoming mailing/Documents.
· To displace magazine and newspaper.
· To assist general administrative work

· 职位仅面向大学应届实习生，实习协议期限六个月，周一至五，周六日双休
(Internship only, 6 months contract period, 5 working days)


The Qualification:
· University Graduated with no experience or College Graduated with Min 1 years' relevant experience.
· Team player. Independent.
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is an asset.
· General PC knowledge for Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
