工作职责(Responsibilities):

1.优化并管理生产、计划、交付及效率的各个方面。
Optimize, implement and manage all aspects effecting the efficiency, planning, and materials for
Production and delivery.
2.协调相关的部门，确保各部门履行工作职责。
Interface with all departments as required to meet the job responsibilities.
3.管理生产相关的日常活动，确保客户订单的准时交货.。
Manage the day-to-day activities of the production processes related to assure on time delivery
of customer orders
4.确保部门的培训能满足公司增长的需要。
Assure that training for departments are meeting the needs of the company and its growth.
5.与工程部协作，分析并实施工序流程的改善，包括产能的提升。
Working with Engineering, analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include
capabilities and capacities for growth.
6.根据部门的发展，设立并实施部门的管理制度和系统程序。
Develop and oversee implementation and administration of departmental policies, systems, and
procedures.
7.优化所属部门的人员模式和结构。
Determines optimum staffing model for each department underneath.
8.实施经济可靠的库存管理。
Economical and reliable inventory management.
9.在不牺牲品质的前提下，实施有效的成本节约计划。
Implement cost reduction plans that do not sacrifice quality and performance. Expanding.
10.其它任何临时指派的任务。
Any other interim assignments per requests.

工作经验(Work experience):
◆8年以上相关工作经验.

Established in 1988 in Hong Kong by European expats, we still own and manage Quasar onsite. The manufacturing facility was established in Shenzhen, China in 1996. Quasar excels in manufacturing complex and/or precision products, which require consistent quality & yields; High Precision Assembly, such as optics, sensors (medical/industrial), and products assembled under a microscope. Complex products may involve many different types of parts/components assemblies: SMT, Thru-hole & COB, metal, plastic, and silicone-rubber, among others. Alternatively, different types of assembly methods: swaging, ultrasonic welding, calibration, testing, clean room, & consumer packing

Quasar is ISO9001 and ISO 13485 Certified, by BSI, since 1998, initially ISO9002 and in 2002 updated to the present ISO certification.
