Job Description:

• Provide technology expertise to enable successful pre-sale and post sale activities.
• Work closely with company’s sale teams, identifying all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Work closely with platform vendor (CPU vendor) for SanDisk product design in, qualification process, need work in customer’s lab everyday .
• In-Depth technical support, working directly with customers including on-site visits.
• In-depth product knowledge: product capability assessment, installation, repair, preventative maintenance etc.
• Understands customer’s needs and requirements. Convey the message internally to engineering and marketing teams. Modeling customers’ requests to optimize recommendation on products.
• Review and participate in writing Market Requirement Documents (MRD), Product notifications & Data Sheets
• Write technical whitepapers and application notes
• Provide internal and external training on company’s products.
• Explore and analyze different designs and applications to evaluate new opportunities or requirements for product specifications
• Perform validation and verification activities on eMMC/SD products
• Third party engineering communication and management of new products launching and ramping into mass production
• Closely team with local FA team in the event of device failures

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline

2. Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in field application or related exposure, R&D a plus

3. Have intensive knowledge of embedded system or touch experience prefer

4. Familiar with different operating system on embedded system, e.g. Windows 8, Linux/Android or others

5. Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools, e.g. C-compiler, is a must

6. Experience in Oscillograph or logical analyzer a must, experience in schematic design a plus, work in FLASH industry a plus

7. Experience in SSD product a plus

8. Cooperative and self-motivated

9. Strong problem solving and analytical skills on hardware/software issues

10. Able to work under pressure and required to work over-time to meet tight project schedule

11. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and team work spirit

12. Frequent travel in mainland China and other countries to support customers are required project schedule
