Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, you will be responsible for leading and driving various engineering and automation projects at the Group level, aiming to meet our long-term business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
1.Lead, direct and execute various engineering and automation projects at the Group level
2.Closely collaborate with other SBUs and functions across the organization to ensure all engineering and automation roadmaps and activities are integrated with other parts of the business
3.Play a vital role in ensuring compliance with international and local technological and safety standards and providing professional analysis, evaluation and advice on potential engineering & automation investment projects;
4.Monitor progress of the projects and provide practical solutions to resolve important and complex issues, which may involve review of and changes in procedures, systems, workflows and technology
5.Establish systematic governance policies, procedures and practices
6.Lead and develop a team of engineering / project staff
7.Instill new technological methodologies into the Group

Requirements:
1.Master Degree or above of Science in Automation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines
2.Minimum 10 years of solid experience in automation and manufacturing engineering, in which 3 years at senior management level gained from sizeable organizations
3.Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving capability
4.Effective leadership, collaboration and project management skills
5.Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
6.Frequent travel to Dongguan / Huizhou is required
