Roles & Responsibilities

? Interpret, analyze and correlate availability and performance monitoring results from multiple monitoring solutions

? Configure appropriate alerts and reports for the monitoring services setup

? Create solid monitoring scripts and use cases

? Continuously and proactively improve the monitoring setup as needed

? Participate in testing of monitoring scripts in test and stage environments for upcoming releases

? Able to work on a shift to cover European time zone
