Specific Accountabilities

? Handle local AP payments documentation and registration
? Process AP settlement journal in accounting system
? Verify payments matching against proper invoices, ensuring authorizations are in place before real payments
? Arrange the cheque to be signed by proper authority timely.
? Check the AP account detail and contra the excess figure at the month end closing.

Skills Required

? Proficient in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel…);
? Good command of English in writing
? Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

Experience and Qualifications

? Above college degree in finance or accounting related major
? More than 1 year working experience in accounting.
