Job Responsibilities:

1.Manager support and service assigned key account on daily basis
2.Analyze weekly KPI failures & Convert customer volumn forecast into internal format (weekly and daily)
3.Daily track & tracing for assigned key account by shipment level
4.Supervise quality & time accuracy of advanced shipping notice and various type of reports to customer
5.Work closely with our customer service team to provide accurate infromation and complete customer satisfaction
6.Ensure to secure resources as requested by Senior Manager to assist sales process
7.Handle other ad-hoc assignments within the given time

Qualifications:

1.Native Korean speaker with bachelor degree holder
2.1-3 years experience in freight forwarding indudtry (fresh graduate will be also considered)
3.Fluent in both written and spoken English (Proficiency in Mandarin is definitely a plus)
4.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonnal skills
5.Highly flexible and sales driven, able to work under pressure
6.A good team player and immediately available preferred
