Specific Accountabilities:

Strategic:
1.Work with the business management team to implement HR strategy and tactical plan to support operations direction.
2.Communicate effectively by interpreting and articulating company policies and management decisions.

HR Operation
Understand the operational needs and perform HR generalist roles in the following areas:

1.Staffing
1)Handle staff employment related matters from their joining, during and termination of the employment.
2)Work with the management team to develop departmental manpower plan, and closely monitor the plan.
3)Select and recruitment employment vacancies.

2.C&B
Handle staff C&B enquiries, and work with the C&B team to develop programs for the business unit.

3.T&D
Identify staff development needs, and work with T&D team to develop staff development programs and monitor staff development progress.

Performance Management
Supervise and coordinate the performance management programs, ensuring the quality reviews are completed 100% on time.

Employee Relations
Plan and execute all staff communication and relation and relations programs including but not limited to teambuilding and recreational activities.

1.Re-engineer and provide necessary coaching for the team members to ensure professionalism and continuous improvement
2.Develop, review and implement the HR policy and procedures
3.Support HR initiatives or projects
4.Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Experience and Qualifications:
1.Possesses maturity and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
2.Familiar with China Employment Ordinance
3.Very dynamic and be able to work effectively with senior management team
4.Resourceful and independent
5.Detail oriented
6.Meet deadline with high quality (high accuracy)
7.Degree in Human Resources management
8.Over eight years of progressive and hands-on human resources experience in dynamic MNC environment with global approach to management
9.Proven experience in performing generalist and business partnering roles
