Specific Accountabilities:

1. Manage a large team of airfreight colleagues in Shenzhen;
2. Lead the customer service team to provide excellent customer service internally and externally;
3. Lead the operation team to provide the best airfreight solution internally and externally;
4. Be able to build up internal and external rapport achieving company target;
5. Experience in product P/L management and understand how to transform into action.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin & English;

2. Minimum 5 years experience in Airfreight and managerial experience for 3 years.
