职位描述
Responsibilities:
-General IT support and troubleshooting (both onsite and remote) for Guang dong area.
-Follow internal IT standards, procedures and policies.
-Provide IT helpdesk support to internal employees and create/follow up task in Helpdesk system.
-Manage IT devices including laptops, desktop PCs, NAS, ADSL routers, switches, PBX, access control, software installation, etc.
-Rapidly register, troubleshoot, solve, track, and archive issues related with IT infrastructure and product.
-Work with IT team for carrying out projects.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 year relative experience
-Experience of IT infrastructure setup and MCSE certification will be plus.
-Have a minimum of a College relative degree
--Logical thinking, responsible, analytical, pro-active, service-oriented, team spirit, self-motivated and work under pressure
-Working experience on Microsoft Windows platforms and Microsoft office applications
-Familiar with MS Outlook configuration, archive, troubleshooting
-Good knowledge on the network technologies, especially TCP/IP protocol, WIFI configuration, 3G wireless setup
-Good command of English speaking and writing.
