职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Work with engineering and quality teams to ensure quality requirements, testing protocols, sampling needs, and product/ process controls are fully understood and met
-Build relationship with the vendors to gain their support to implement the QA system in the factories
-Solve quality issues on-site in factories in order to support on time shipment
-Review and analysis defect sample and take correction action.
Requirements:
-College degree above in mechanical / automatic Engineering.
-Manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in quality engineering
-Sound knowledge of QS, e.g. ISO9001 and quality improvement tools, e.g. SPC, FMEA, DOE.
-Good knowledge of injection molding processes, mechanical and electronics assembly, manufacturing efficiencies, advanced quality improvement techniques.
-Proficiency in writing, reading English.
-Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
