Job Description:
Office Administrator/Receptionist
Location: 深圳市南山区高新南四道8号创维半导体设计大厦
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to record and deliver plans of maintenance activities for all M&E equipment and building works.
- Response for all paper reports and simple finance figures report
- Local internal communication with Management Company and local clients
- Assist site engineer and facility manager to manage local vendors
- Keep good relationship with Clients
- Perform other duties when assigned
- Receptionist duties such as mail management, access control, and incoming call transfer etc.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in administration
- Able to work well in teams;
- Good interpersonal skills, influencing, analytical, coordination skills.
- English communication skill including reading and writing.
