Master degree in education: management or Iaw

Minimum 6 years business experience in international company
Familiarity with industry business practices and sales processes, solid experience in the operative business
Experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Accounting, Quality Assurance or similar departments
Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese language
High level of integrity
Leadership skills, including the ability to articulate industry standards and expectations
Strong communications and facilitation skills
Analytical thinking and results-oriented
Strong project management capability

Job designation/Field of work工作任务/职责范围:
1、Risk Management
Establish the risk management system for BDNT: aggregate, analyze and mitigate compliance and legal risks. Internal Control System implementation, Maintenance and Coordination with different BDNT stakeholders in order to mitigate the business related risks. Delegation of audit activities to subject matter experts appointed within business departments in order to embed risks mitigation activities directly into business units.
2、Legal Management
Set up the legal management system, including IP issues, contract management in all business departments. Establish the independent legal function able to communicate and coordinate legal activities of both shareholders in the BDNT interests.
3、Compliance Program Management
Set up, develop and oversight of key compliance activities including:
Due diligence processes for third party relationships and contracts
Monitoring government transactions
Alignment of BDNT policies and procedures with best industry standards, including policies on limits on donations, gifts and discounts
Whistleblowing program
Embed compliance and legal into business
4、Training and Communication
Set up, develop and oversight of the risk based training program and communication activities within BDNT according to BDNT and Shareholder’s compliance and legal standards in order to increase awareness and compliance sensitivity.
Establish guidance and support platform to BDNT employees in legal & compliance matters.
5、Personnel Development
Recruit, retain, coach and develop the skilled and motivated team in order to create sustainable Compliance and Legal Team.
