Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain credit & Risk management strategy, policy and operation system
2. Design optimized portfolio mix via using modeling tools and techniques
3. Monitor portfolio performance, and be able to provide effective recommendations
4. Design and lead the production of regular portfolio MIS report
5. Develop forecast scenario assumptions, such as loss rate impact by economic indicators
6. Conduct stress test and set up action plan
7. Co-work w/ marketing/sales in target market identification
8. Co-work w/ product development in specific product design
9. Set-up and maintain Credit Program
10. Monitor local market
11. Identify economic issues
12. Develop triggers and track performance
13. Analyze lessons learned and feed back to business
14. Establish and own the enterprise training program on risk management
15. Select, develop, train and guide subordinates. Conduct regular performance evaluation and review

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, majoring in economics/business/finance/accounting are preferred
2. Analytical, Strategic and forward looking
3. Well known advanced risk management practice
4. Understand local market
5. Good communication skill in Chinese and English
6. 15 years relevant experience in Financial industry
